References within the same pages are dropped possible on translated pages

It is possible to create links to headers on the same page using #<header-slug>. However, html2text seems to consider these hrefs invalid, so when they are present on translated pages, converting the HTML used in the translation process back to markdown drops the links, turning them into plain text.

It should be possible to have such references also on translated pages without having to prepend them by the full page url.
