Update API documentation

The API documentation is mainly taken from the old backend server. We have changed a number of things and should thus update the API docs presented here accordingly.

what exactly is missing? I looked through the docs and updated everything that i noticed before moving it here

I was unsure what you had updated after we removed the featureset. For example, there still is a reference to an endpoint that returns all of a wallet's transactions.

One other thing I noticed is that the API docs reference the product IDs as strings while they now are integers instead.
