Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Presently the only way to have a comment or post to be completely gone (disappear) from the normal users sight is to select "X Delete Contents", ideally there should be one more option on the UI to allow normal deleted comments to be removed from normal users sight without binding it to permanently deleting the content.
Why does it matter? Because sometimes these deletions are either User Request or Mass Spam which can be just removed from public view without harming moderation transparency. In fact sometimes even when deletion reason is listed as "User Request" it can cause people to start drama over it like in here.
In these cases for logging sake we shouldn't permanently delete the content, such option should be reserved for illegal and problematic content.
Describe the solution you'd like
Like stated, add to the UI an option to 'hide comment' besides Delete Content and IP.

(a bit off-topic, but .... if a user requests their comment to be deleted, it should be physically deleted / content replaced unless clearly stated otherwise. Or at least add a note to the Privacy Policy so you can blame people for not reading the Privacy Policy)
