現状, Reviewerがreviewする時にどのようにReviewを行えばいいのかが明確でない.
Reviewer側がどのような意識でReviewすればいいのかを意識共有するためにガイドラインとReviewされる側がどのような認識でReviewをしてもらえればいいのかをRESUMEに追加する

Action List

  • trainee/RESUME.mdにReviewされる時に意識することを追加
  • trainer/RESUME.mdにRrviewする時に意識することを追加
