Hi @grego1981 sorry for the later answer. First did you try to add an entry in
Where fields are separated by one tabulation char. This should not really change anything as it is still recognized as a printer. When I see Anyway your snmp walk won't really help in that format. I can only suspect Can you follow this snmpwalk output advice to produce a new one ? |

Hi @Kearvan sorry, but I was notified to no more work on fusioninventory-agent project by the current maintainer. I'm now working on glpi-agent project which is a fusioninventory-agent fork and still supports fusioninventory plugin as backend if this is a requirement for you. For you to know, pantum printer was recently added in glpi-agent nightly builds and will be included in next release. It still has few work to be done on cartridge support but printer import is still working. There's a discussion you can follow if you're interested: glpi-project/glpi-agent#590 |
Hi all,
We have a Pantum M7100DW printer, SNMP is not detecting its serial number thus not importing it, by enabling the add by MAC address rule it was detected but only the model was populated, no page satistics or toner levels, or even serial number. Below is the walk output and the snmpget command from the readme, hope we can make it work!
