Slack has a feature, where from every message a separate thread can be started. Currently, slack++ displays them by prepending some kind of tag to the messages received from such threads.
Is there a way to reply to them in the thread they're from, as opposed to replying in the channel?

As a co-developer, all i can say is that both developers are quite busy right now; pull requests are welcome, but i find it rather hard that we will implement some other features on our own.
Edit: to answer your question: there is no way to achieve that right now...
