Create a dedicated form of https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/galaxy-social to automate outreach messaging for brc-analytics across all social media platforms

currently, it might be preferable to just add media/channels and corresponding secrets to https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/galaxy-social/blob/main/plugins.yml instead of forking. There's still a lot of changes happening in our repo so that it might be annoying to keep a fork in sync.
Anyways, I can help you if you're facing problems with either approach.
