iron out router's behavior in admin data tables

When expanding any data table at galaxy_url/admin/data_tables I can not get back to the list anymore -- clicking "data tables" from the menu has no effect and clicking back button will take me away from /data_tables to an address I was on previously.

I believe clicking "back" should return me to the list, same as clicking "data tables".
