If by currency, you mean real life money: that is legally prohibited in the crossplatform version of Ark Ascended.

Are you using GSA Mod for console or for PC? The PC version has in-game currency (gems), but the console version has not. This is due to policies put in place by Ark early 2023.

I will not go as far as to presume that GSA will never implement this, but GSA will not add any features that will compromise legal restrictions.

That said. I would discuss this on Discord, there have been a lot of discussions around this topic.
