Dashboards - Filtering Data via Year-to-Date

While we currently have options that backtrack the past few days, week, month, year, and so on, it'd be nice if we could have a year-to-date option when parsing data, such as displaying data for 2022, 2023-to-present, 2024 (where applicable), etc.
