Supporter tiers - cluster delivery

Would be great if we could have a toggle-able option to make supporter tier deliveries delivered not only to the character they selected when subscribing, but to any character that comes online first in set cluster. Would save them from need to set new charter in their subscription if original character is not existing anymore, like after a server wipe for example.
