Update the Decap CMS plugin Please 🙏🏼

I do not know who needs to work/approve this pull request but can you please make it a priority?

Decap CMS does not work with React 18 but they recently released a betathat works with React 18. However, I cannot test it until Gatsby updates the required plugin. The current plugin gatsby-plugin-netlify-cms does not work with React 18.

Currently my project is stuck on Gatsby v4.25.5 and I can no longer spin up a local environment for testing using gatsby develop because all my plugins are woefully outdated all because Decap/Gatsby conflicting over React 18.

By the time this all gets sorted Meta will have released React 19... 😡
