Jenkins CPU permanetly high: _dsl_ignition job is taking too long #1041

Starting with https://build.osrfoundation.org/job/_dsl_ignition/1505/ the job has jumped from taking 4 minutes to 15 minutes. The changes tracked in that job with respect to the previous are not even related to what is going on in that file 5a64f14.

Looking at the machines, seems like the Jenkins process is going crazy in CPU usage:

It's back to take the usual few minutes. Leave it open to track new possible casses.
