Whenever i try to enable AugmentStructures option in config it resulted at crash on world load even if SGCraft is only mod installed at all

I can reproduce this issue with SGCraft-1.13.2-mc1.10.2. Without generate sg structures this mod seems a little bit pointless. Hope it will be fixed asap.

We are running forge-12.18.3.2316
