User story
As user, I want my GPS Pi to keep transmitting even if there is a temporary drop in internet connectivity, continuous transmission of GPS data can recover.

Acceptance criteria
Data transmission must be able to recover if internet temporarily drops.

Definition of Done
Code is reviewed and merged to hardware-team branch.
