Get Access to Resources/Report Issue to Organization - User

Users need a way to connect with safety resources such as local organizations, law enforcement, or community support groups. The goal of this epic is to inform and provide users with a quick and reliable way to get direct access to trusted organizations that can provide support beyond what a community forum can offer.

• As a user, I want to browse a list of local safety organizations and authorities so that I can easily find help when needed
• As a user, I want to be able to search for safety resources by categories to find the most relevant information quickly (eg. emergency services, shelters, reporting centers)
• As a user, I want to see recommended resources based on my location so I can access nearby support services
