I did everything like in docs, I downloaded the .pem file from Mission Control dashboard.
But following code:

        val sdk = PoyntSdk.builder().configure("config.properties").build()

Gives me such error:

java.lang.ClassCastException: org.bouncycastle.asn1.x509.SubjectPublicKeyInfo cannot be cast to org.bouncycastle.openssl.PEMKeyPair

Look at the downloaded pem file. It likely lists the public key then the private key, e.g:

-----BEGIN PUBLIC KEY-----
...
-----END PUBLIC KEY-----
-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
...
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----

Easiest fix is to edit pem file to remove public key since it is not used by client app, e.g:

-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
...
-----END RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
