CloudChat "/msg" bypasses PwnFilter

If a player uses the command -
/msg <another_player> any message they like

• it completely bypasses PwnFilter - they can swear, say whatever they like.

I have tried all options I can see available to me in PwnFilter, specifically -

1. Ensured PwnFilter's "command.txt" is setup correctly.
2. Tried changing the priority of PwnFilter's command listener from lowest (default), to normal, then high, then highest.

Really hoping you can help with this one.

i confirm this bypasses pwnfilter for me too but only when using /msg
