we need to come up with a default style for the NiN types.

• symbols - ouline, color, transparency etc.
• labels - single types, mosaic

I suggest we reuse as much as possible from NiN2.3.

so far solved partially in the commit #76d2062

the specific symbols need to be assigned on multiple levels. So far we assign only at Mappin Unit (kartleggingsenhet) level. But sometimes the mapper can choose to map only to Major type level (in which way the polygon will not appear - because we assign color for "kode_id_label" field which is empty), So this needs to be addressed
