Navigation shows where you are on the page

There's no visual display of where you are on the page currently - be nice if the right hand page navigation showed you the section you're in somehow

@undividual I don't think there's anything in the design for this but is it a thing we want?

For desktop and tablet, maybe the sticky side decade nav could highlight which decade you're in. This is harder for mobile but maybe too big an issue to resolve?! I don't want to add a top bar with the current decade as this would eat into screen real estate a bit...
