This microgame revolves around the idea of each team being spawned in an area with 2 decoy players of the opposite team (prop_dynamic with SDKOnTakeDamage hook?) in humiliation pose.
Each team will spawn in their own area disconnected from the opposing team to prevent interference.
The objective of this microgame is for players to hit the correct decoy, relayed via instructions / minigame caption. This would be for example, "Melee the Scout" or "Slap the Heavy". The classes would be random each time with no classes matching on the "attacking" team.
For example:
Blue team spawn in a blue map area, with 2 red decoy players.
Red team spawn in a red map area, with 2 blue decoy players.
