Inventory Day: wrong answer rooms should use explosion or fire effects #252

The Inventory Boss is lacking a bit on visual feedback when a player has selected the wrong answer.

To convey this better we should use an explosion in these wrong rooms or fire effects to communicate better that picking the wrong answer will result in the player being eliminated from the boss
