Suggested (small) tweaks to ATLAS quickview

Here are 3 suggestions that could help quicken triaging objects in the quickview page without having to click through to the object's full page. All suggestions help make a triaging decision without needing to interact further with the webpage (clicking, panning, zooming etc).

1. Let LC fill full height of row and show only the last 10 days by default
2. Have a second Aladin view that is zoomed in to ~ 45 arcsec (see below for examples)
3. Make Aladin views and stamps fill more of the column height (e.g. double height for ~4 x area).
