Hi,

I only found gth when I install genomethreader using bioconda, is this a problem?

This is a question for the maintainers of GenomeThreader in bioconda rather than us ;)
We are not responsible for the bioconda version.

I have taken a look at their packaging. Looks like that file is explicitly excluded (grep -v bssm) from installation in their packaging, see https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/blob/master/recipes/genomethreader/build.sh#L3
