#37 is not enough apparently, probably because the directory is read only as it runs with singularity

ERROR in file /opt/BRAKER/scripts/braker.pl at line 5904
Failed to create new species with new_species.pl, check write permissions in /usr/share/augustus/config//species directory! Command was /usr/bin/perl /usr/share/augustus/scripts/new_species.pl --species=Drosophila_melanogaster --AUGUSTUS_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/share/augustus/config/ 1> /dev/null 2>/data/jwd02f/main/064/139/64139308/working/braker/errors/new_species.stderr

maybe we should change the augustus dir to the work dir?
