ISO to GeoBlacklight XSL - format

Darren has moved this XSLT here:

Over the next few days, I will take a look at some of the output from the ISO-producing institutions and see where the issues are.
In looking at the 'format' element...In the ISO metadata, this is in the distribution information section, under gmd:distribution Format/gmd:MD_Format/gmd:name. This element is auto-generated by the ArcCatalog software.

Ok so we just gemified this here: https://github.com/OpenGeoMetadata/GeoCombine#transforming-metadata

Hopefully the idea is that as the XSLT's evolve we can be adding tests in to support features metadata and that we don't break it.
