Add simple walkthrough tutorial #240

Create updated tutorial adopted from the original tutorial in the blog posts of geoblacklight.org with these features:

an introductory section about which versions of Ruby, Rails to be using that references the new releases section
remove the adding commits to Github parts of the walkthrough
Clarify that difference between the combined command and the individual ones
