Enhancement: Allow length of judging number of be set in competition preferences

Describe the solution you'd like
It is rare for us to have more than 100, let alone 100 entries in a competition. In these cases I would like to be able to set the random judging number to be a specific length (2 digits, 3 digits, etc.) rather than the current 6 digits A shorter number is a) easier to write on a bottle cap and b) easier for stewards to remember. We could still upload scoresheets with leading zeros

Describe alternatives you've considered
Managing judging numbers outside the software. Hardly a good solution. Using entry number has potential for bias for long flights with early entries getting judged first. Unless there is an option to randomise the entry number within styles in the pull-sheets
