Enhancement: Allow for more than one Honorable Mention (at any stage)

Is your enhancement or feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes (see #1435), though it isn't necessarily restricted to that use-case. When helping another club with their contest, we found that we could not recognize 2 Honorable Mentions. (their comp reports 1st,2nd,3rd and 2 HMs) While I can certainly see the utility in restricting official places (which precludes ties) there doesn't seem to be any real world reason to restrict how many beers receive an Honorable Mention. Technically, there shouldn't be any limit on that recognition as it ins't an official 'place'.

The ability to designate more than one Honorable Mention for any stage. (award category, and/or BOS)

Describe alternatives you've considered:
I tried creating a Custom Award Category, but that doesn't appear to allow Honorable Mentions at all, only numerical places.
