Enhancement: Allow 'free field' Custom Award Categories

Is your enhancement or feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes (see #1435) but this isn't limited to that use-case. This particular comp awards the 'Heavy Hitters' designation to the club that has the most beers advancing to its 'second round'. (which is like a mini-BOS, which is followed up by another, smaller mini-BOS to determine final awards) While it would be nice to calculate this award automatically, it would be perfectly fine to simply be able to report this award in the results page.

Additionally, a free-field option would enable other types of awards that aren't tied to a single entry.

Describe the solution you'd like:
Create an Award with relevant info, such as name of award, and the recipient, and possibly a description of the award, and have it appear on the results page, without any restriction that it be tied to any individual entry.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Editing the results page code directly each competition or figuring out a custom module to hook into it.
