As a GeoKret owner I want to be able to offer my Geokrety for free adoption to someone can adopt them, it may be useful if I want to leave the community.
Acceptance criteria
The GeoKret MUST have adoption flag enabled
An admin CAN set a GeoKret to free adoption
An owner CAN set a GeoKret to free adoption
Any other authenticated user CANNOT set a GeoKret to free adoption
An anonymous user CANNOT set a GeoKret to free adoption
The free adoption status MUST be displayed in the GeoKret details for everyone
