Server crashing constantly after creeper explodes near create machinery, fabric version

A creeper exploded in my base and caused my server to immediately crash, with subsequent restarts also crashing the server.

Not sure why this would crash the server, because I didn't even have any create diesel generators related items or blocks placed, and the fluid in the pipes was just lava.
I was only able to fix the server by disabling the mod, restarting the server, and then re-enabling the mod.

The same thing happens to me. I am using the fabric port
