InstantG with Router Mode "Site Domains" nor with "Localhost".

Win11 & Newest Updates

• I see with both Router Mode "Site Domains" and with "Localhost" the green message in right-top corner ~"Instant Reload enabled".
• BUT NOTHING happens if I change any CSS properties in described folders wp-content/plugins and wp-content/themes in a sub-theme

PROPOSAL

• VARIANT-01: PLEASE REMOVE this Add-On "Instant Reload" because it is NOT WORKING
• VARIANT-02: Fix it (and don't consume end-users time - because it is NOT WORKING)
