I uploaded Capture.JPG and Capture.jpg (both the same exact file) to a new page’s media, yet only the Capture.jpg showed up in the Blog Item > Header Image dropdown.

I also uploaded a Capture.jpeg version of the file and it does not appear in the dropdown either.
