Multi Language - Hreflang Fail #2600

Hi Everyone,

I created 2 different languages with the language switcher plugin. Necessary arrangements in folders, for example; default.en.md / default.tr.md. The problem is that the hreflang tag is not receiving correctly. https://www.baumerk.com/Urun/bitumen-rubber-based-waterproofing-products/bituminous-membrane-primer If we address this address, the hreflang tag in the source code is correct in this section when we go to tr https://www.baumerk.com/urun/bitum-kaucuk-esasli-su-yalitim-urunlerii/bitum-esasli-membran-astari transforms this to the primer. This topic was also seen to be very troubled for google. How can I solve this?
