[wizard] future tense the wizard changes

Patching main.dart with setup and test error snippet.

The tense of this statement was confusing for me while running the wizard. I was looking for the changes which had not happened yet, I thought it failed. Should be a question and more future tense:

Next, the wizard will patch your main.dart file with the SDK init and a test error snippet.
yes/no

I think questions and confirm are a better UX in wizards. Immediately after the as-is, the wizard asks me about enabling tracing, so it’s strange I am not asked, and then I am.
