Create dashboards for taskbroker so that we can visualize performance and behavior during sandbox testing. Ideas of metrics to visualize

broker consumption and backlog latency
broker upkeep operations
grpc server throughput, response time and status codes.
worker throughput
task durations
worker request status codes
