We have got multiple feedbacks telling us the menu/text language is set to English and cannot be changed. I assume this is due to 3d71417. Is this something we are able to fix so that the users may change language?

Are these the oahpa programs themselves, or just the oahpa.no-site? Because this setting is just for the oahpa.no site, not the individual programs.
