Describe the bug

Since around mid-December 2024, the colons in time-locale aren't getting replaced with underscores.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.cnn.com/
  2. Save page with SingleFile.
  3. Default filename will have colon as time field delimiter instead of underscore.

Breaking News, Latest News and Videos | CNN (12_28_2024 10:17:20 AM).html

Expected behavior

Filename to default to: Breaking News, Latest News and Videos | CNN (12_28_2024 10_17_20 AM).html

This can be done by editing the settings manually, see https://github.com/gildas-lormeau/SingleFile/wiki/Hidden-options, and removing ":" from filenameReplacedCharacters and ":" from filenameReplacementCharacters arrays.
