Request: Pagination

This tool is awesome. It will be really helpful if you could emulate pagination - click page down + wait for n seconds, again page down. Since many sites employ this.

In setting 3 new options: Enable pagination, No. of seconds delay (defaulted to 5 seconds) and No. of page downs (defaulted to 5 times).
