Update to bootstrap 5

Hi!
I recently needed switches for my site and these fit perfectly. Is it possible to ask for renewed support for the plugin?
I've noticed that on version 5.0.1 of bootstrap not all features work well. For example, the outline colors don't always show up.

Hi!

I saw there were not commits on master since 2019, so I open Bootstrap 5 Toogle , a fork that give support for bootstrap 5.

For the moment only available from source code or via jsDelivr CDN.

I expect this information is useful to you 😄.

Bootstrap 5 actually has switches built in, so no need for a plugin: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/forms/checks-radios/#switches

Hi,

The built in switches hasn't all the functionalities of bootstrap toggle.

In https://palcarazm.github.io/bootstrap5-toggle/ there is the plug-in for bootstrap 5.
