gh actions-importer forecast circle-ci results in failure

Running with the latest Ruby (3.3.3), runing gh actions-importer forecast circle-ci --output-dir tmp/forecast_reports --no-ssl-verify fails after about 2.5 hours.

I am also having this same issue running the forecast job on CircleCI.

Nope, no progress. I tried using different docker images but no luck. After collecting all the data (which can take a long time) it errors processing it.

Strange. One thing I've noticed is that the output from the logs seemed to vary greatly in length, with the error occurring on a different line each time. I guess that indicates that the point of erroring isn't consistent, but other than that I'm at a loss.
