After following a deep link from GKDev...
...GL/VSC says it can’t find the repo...
...Even though that repo exists and is open in another VS Code window

Potential Solutions:

If a VSC window with the required repo exists, open the deep link in that one
Improve detection of repos required for deeplink on disk
