Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Viewing requests in SuggestArr is not clear who this request is for if there are multiple Plex/Jellyseerr accounts.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to see which accounts the suggestions are for so they can approve the requests on Jellyseerr/Overseerr

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
A way to log in to SuggestArr with your Jellyfin/Plex account and it will show you your suggestions, not all the suggestions across all accounts
