UI/UX for Assigning Labels to Multiple Images

Problem

There is currently no UI and UX which supports the ability to assign labels to multiple images.
The problem was designed in issue #228. However it was never integrated into the platform.

The development of CURATE has also resulted in new features being added into the layout in a way which has left confusing UI and UX.

Solution

Initially, the whole CURATE UI layout requires a rethink in order to group elements together in a more user-friendly manner. This will help solve the problem of multiple assigning team members and labels features from being disconnected.

This will then allow for UI/UX development based on issue #228 with all up-to-date content accounted for.
