Problem

The workspace location is displayed in the navbar / topbar. The current UI design may be confused with a button. This element should offer another feature or be redesigned to prevent button confusion.

relates to #585

Solution

Add a tooltip to the workspace location which describes the use of the current platform (i.e. ANNOTATE, CURATE, MANAGE, AUDIT) when a user interacts.
