Add a sort option for ascending and descending order and a log capacity

As it is right now, I have so many deaths and have to scroll all the way to the bottom to restore my recent deaths, and it's super inconvenient. To be able to sort them by having the most recent on top would be amazing, and a config option to have a max amount of logs at once, where once it exceeds its capacity, it deletes old ones to the list isn't bloated. Thanks!
