Unable to search for percentage (%) or less-than/greather-than (< and >) in contains filters

Bug description

While searching items with a contains filter, I can't search for the percentage sign %, for example "Ticket title contains '%'" will display every ticket, this is due to % not being escaped in the sql request so it will get "name like '%%%'" in the request

I have the same issue with < and > but these are because the name in the database are encoded as < and > so it won't find them
