Unable to clone a time range within a calendar

Steps To reproduce

1. Create a new calendar, or edit an existent one
2. Navigate through time ranges
3. Select a day already created
4. Click in Actions
5. Clone
6. Select the number of copies (tried with 1)
7. Click Submit

Calendar time ranges weren't explicitly made to be clonable. It is a side-effect from making every "CommonDBConnexity" type item clonable. Relevant conversation can be found in #7816.

For time ranges, is this really needed? The form doesn't have many fields and each range needs to be unique anyways. This may be an itemtype we explicitly block cloning on.
