When we add a follow-up on a new ticket, created by email, and still with no Category, GLPI adds the follow-up even though Category is mandatory on the Ticket Template.

Open the ticket on GLPI
Try to add a follow-up, without defining any category
Follow-up is created (and it shouldn't be)
